1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bizzle.market (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Platform to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to conduct any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors who sell products through the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Fulfil orders promptly and in accordance with stated shipping timescales.
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection and product safety regulations.
• Honour all returns and refunds in line with our Returns Policy.
• Pay applicable commission fees as set out in your vendor subscription plan.

5. Payments and Fees

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Vendor payouts are subject to commission rates determined by your subscription tier. We reserve the right to update fees with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by bizzle.market and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote that content in connection with the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any third-party content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bizzle.market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bizzle.market is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
